Schecter Reaper 7 – Tone Test – Djent/Metal/Progressive

Tested out the new Schecter Reaper 7 Multi-scale guitar

Pros:
1. Great instrument for the buck!
2. Multiscale = faster fret access across the fretboard
3. Stock pick-ups (Decimators) work really well

Cons:
1. The instrument is heavy! (If you are using it for now, you may want to think again)
2. Pick-ups could be better or upgrading to Fishman’s or Duncan’s

Verdict: If you’re in to progressive metal and soloing and would like to try out a new multi-scale guitar (if you have owned a regular 7) then this is the best deal for you!
